All interested local and international vendors wishing to receive ITT, ITB, or RFQ invitations must submit the required pre-qualification documents within 10 working days. Upon successful registration and approval, selected vendors will be invited to Dubai for contract signing. ENOC will arrange visas, flights, and accommodation for approved vendors.
